Registered Users are asked to fill in a registration forms which includes some personal information: Name, surname, email, gender, age group, country, educational qualification, job position, company/organization).
Your personal information will be used by ASSET project to:
- create an account to access the password protected areas of the website
- keep a record of registered users
- respond your messages and enquiries
- provide information about the project such as information notices and project newsletters
- inform about activities, programmes and services
- research purposes
We will NOT use your personal information for any other purpose.
These data will only be available and accessible for all ASSET project members for its use during the project lifetime and we will not transfer it to any third party outside the project.
We will store your data in the community database during the project life + 5 years for auditing purposes.
You have the right to correct your personal information and the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
We have put in place security systems designed to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of the personal information you provide, and we take all reasonable steps to secure and safeguard this information.
